Geneva Glen Capital  (“GGC”) is a Chicago-based private equity firm that invests in lower middle-market companies (generally under $100M in value).  We partner with successful management teams to invest in proven private companies with leading market positions, significant growth potential, and stable cash flows.

 

Each of our Managing Directors has over 20 years of investment and transactional experience across a wide variety of industries, transaction types, and economic cycles.  This experience, coupled with our unique investment philosophy and the global resources of our funding partner, creates a powerful formula for value creation within our portfolio companies.

 

GGC is an operationally focused investor that targets investments up to $40 million per transaction in order to acquire companies, provide growth capital, or partner with industry executives who are looking to purchase a company and need a value-added sponsor to execute on their strategy.
