Prior to joining Geneva Glen Capital, Tom worked at Wind Point Partners, a middle-market private equity firm with $2 billion in capital under management. At Wind Point, Tom was responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and assisting portfolio company executives with their key strategic initiatives. Previously, Tom worked in A.G. Edwards’ investment banking division providing advisory and capital raising services to companies in the real estate industry.
Tom has a BSBA with honors in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Flow Polymers.
Outside of work, Tom is a member of the Shedd Aquarium Auxiliary Board. Tom lives in Chicago, Illinois with his wife Sarah and daughter Mia.
