Executive Operating Partners

We partner with accomplished operating executives to identify opportunities where the executive can become either (1) a part-time advisor, co-investor and/or board member, or (2) a full-time executive with a company as Active Chairman, CEO or other ongoing senior role.

Our approach is to help operating executives develop their own targeted investment criteria – leveraging their operating strengths and industry domain expertise – to create a specific thesis and value-creation plan.

Attributes of prospective executive operating partners

  • Successful track record in growing EBITDA and creating shareholder value
  • Time available to triage, and potentially search for, investment opportunities; often “in transition”
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves in smaller company situations
  • Strong industry domain expertise; ability to understand market dynamics, customers and vendors
  • Full P&L experience of at least $150M in revenues with knowledge across all functions including sales and marketing, operations and finance
